Dao Dan Shotoh Knife

Designed as an all around kitchen knife the Dao Dan takes it's name from bullets even though it is made of the same materials as the larger Dao Bom. Dan means Bullet in Vietnamese.
Made from reclaimed war era high carbon steel it has been treated in the most rustic of blacksmithing traditions. Its steel is a medium hard steel that will easily resharpen and hold a good edge.
